Add gift wrap to your purchase and ship your order directly to a loved one with a personal note for a special occasion or just to show you care.
Our gift wrap option comes with a blank card that will be filled in with your custom message.
Write your custom message on the CART page before checking out under "Add Order Note". IF A NOTE IS NOT INCLUDED, the following generic message will be written in the card:
" Thinking of you! -[sender's name]"
If you're not sending the package directly to the recipient, and you would like to fill in the card yourself, write "BLANK" in the "Add Order Note" field.
In addition to the card, orders will be wrapped in colored tissue paper and sealed with a sticker.
Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. If your merchandise arrives damaged please email texastallow@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, we can not guarantee we will be able to replace it.
All orders will be mailed generally within 2-5 business days and are mailed First Class Mail unless you select a shipping upgrade at checkout. You will be notified when your item ships and provided with a tracking code.
If you provide the wrong address and the item is lost in transit, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements. If you do not receive your item within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, we will not be able to assist in tracking down orders.
