Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. If your merchandise arrives damaged please email email@example.com with a photo of the damage, we can not guarantee we will be able to replace it.
All orders will be mailed generally within 2-5 business days and are mailed First Class Mail unless you select a shipping upgrade at checkout. You will be notified when your item ships and provided with a tracking code.
If you provide the wrong address and the item is lost in transit, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements. If you do not receive your item within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, we will not be able to assist in tracking down orders.
