Mommy Salve | Nipple Relief & Protection
Texas Tallow Mommy Salve is made from leaf tallow (or suet) which is a harder, more nutrient dense tallow located around the kidneys. It acts as a skin superfood and can be used on a variety of skin conditions.
Mommy Salve is a great choice for breastfeeding moms. It is lanolin-free (for those with sensitivities) and can help soothe and restore sore, cracked nipples as well as helping to protect nipples from damage. The ingredients are safe and organic, full of healthy fats and soothing baby-safe herbs, so you don't need to wipe it off before nursing*.
This specialty salve comes in a 1 fl oz amber glass jar with a metal lid.
Calendula soothes and brings quicker restoration to skin and is a calming, safe herb for baby.
Marshmallow Root is a mucilage, making it cooling, softening and soothing to sore skin.
Ingredients: Grass-fed Leaf Tallow, Pesticide-free Jojoba Oil, Homegrown Calendula Flower, Organic Marshmallow Root

Hand-rendered and poured in Grand Saline, Texas.
Texas Tallow products contain no preservatives or stabilizers, so if placed in a warm environment they may melt, causing separation. This is normal and does not cause any change in the product, simply mix gently and store in a cool place. Additionally, if placed in a cool environment they may be more firm.
Batches may vary due to natural ingredients.
*Note that if you have an allergy to the Asteraceae plant family, calendula should be avoided.

If you provide the wrong address and the item is lost in transit, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements. If you do not receive your item within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, we will not be able to assist in tracking down orders.
